IASify — Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 11-09-2026 Last Updated: 11-09-2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled on IASify. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Current Free Service
As of the Effective Date, IASify is offered entirely free of charge. We do not collect any payment, subscription fee, or in-app purchase from Users, and there is accordingly no refund process in effect at this time.
2. Account Deletion Is Not a "Refund"
Because no payments are currently collected, deleting your Account or discontinuing use of the Platform does not involve any refund, as there is nothing to refund. Deleting your Account will result in loss of access to your Ratings, XP, streaks, saved questions, and other Account data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
3. Future Paid Features
IASify reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, or other monetized offerings in the future, as described in Section 18 of our Terms and Conditions. If and when this happens:
- pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms for any paid feature will be clearly disclosed before you are charged;
- this Policy will be updated to specify applicable cancellation windows, refund eligibility (e.g., pro-rated refunds, cooling-off periods, or no-refund policies for certain digital goods), and the process for requesting a refund;
- you will be able to cancel any recurring subscription in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, and cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated.
We will notify existing Users in advance of any change that introduces payment obligations for features that were previously free.
